PROVIDERSOURCE JOB SEARCH GUIDE
ProviderSource Inc - Telephone Interview Preparation
The phone interview is your first contact with your prospective employer. It is the key element in the “first impressions are everything” process.
The goal is for both parties to determine whether a face-to-face meeting is desired.
Make yourself available during the day.
Be prepared with your resume, and have times and dates that you would be able to meet for an onsite interview.
Choose a time during business hours.
And, while you have your prospective employer on the phone, be sure to ask if you should bring your spouse and address any other concerns you may have.
Scheduling more than one interview on a trip will save you time and expense. We will give you a detailed interview preparation packet to make sure you are prepared.
